PURCHASE & PAYMENT METHODS

All sales facilitated on this website are final. 

No return or exchange of purchased artworks.

The mode of payment is through PayPal.

Offline payment should be in cash as we do not accept cheques or mail orders.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY

Delivery within Australia is free of charge.
Overseas delivery and insurance are additional charges to the purchaser.

COMMISSION WORKS

The artist is more than happy to do commissions and create custom orders for his collectors. A 30% deposit is required upon agreement or before the project commences. When the artwork is at a mid-way point, updated photos will be provided. Once the artist is confident that the artwork is close to completion, final photos will be shared for approval.  Once approved, You can then complete the transaction with the balance payment. The artwork will be ready for shipping or pick up soon as discussed.

COPYRIGHT

Jake Merin retains copyright in all original artworks. This means the artist also has the right to make a print of all his original works. You can share a picture of the artist's artwork on social media, but you are not allowed to otherwise copy or reproduce it in any way. Particularly, you cannot make a copy or reproduce artworks for any commercial or other purposes, unless you have the artist's permission. This website respect and observe copyright law.
